In the Philippines, bottom-up budgeting (BUB) served as the foundation to build evidence based on the key challenges and possible means in addressing issues related to strengthening local governance and service delivery. This presentation shares what worked, what didn’t, and the recommended actions for improvement with implementation of the BUB approach in the country.
