The presentation on ‘Organizational Culture’ to the Multilateral Financial Institutions – Chief Audit Executive Group (MFI-CAEG) 2017 Meeting addressed the topic of organizational culture from a ‘Whole System’ perspective. An example of an instrument that measures culture in organizations was presented and the priorities to address for the management of culture change were identified.
