Many factors affect policies on migration and technology workers. These include the uneven development among countries and the demographic and economic shifts that increase or decrease demand for technology workers. India is an example that shows how these factors affect technology workers. It is a developing country which produces many technology workers. But since its economy cannot absorb the increasing supply, it has become a major source of IT workers globally.
