Asian Development Bank's Preety Bhandari and Christian Ellermann reported on the highlights of the 22nd Conference of Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change held on 7-18 November 2016 in Marrakesh, Morroco. Outcomes included strengthened momentum and actions for implementing the Paris Agreement, climate finance, adaptation, and resilience.
