Viet Nam's cities are going green as local leaders adopt the Green Cities approach. Learn more from this case study.

Through ADB's Secondary Cities Development Program, Viet Nam is improving basic urban infrastructure in Buon Ma Thuot in the central highland region and the coastal cities of Ha Tinh and Tam Ky. The project will strengthen integrated urban development, environmental planning, climate change adaptation, and project management. It includes improving flood control and drainage to protect communities from natural disasters. This Asian Institute of Management case study focuses on the adoption of Green Cities initiatives by local leaders and other stakeholders.

This case study was developed by the Asian Institute of Management for the Asian Development Bank.
