Revitalizing Irrigation Performance: Lessons from Asia

Increasing global water requirements and existing drivers of change in the allocation and use of available water resources pose a growing concern. This document analyzes the constraints to better performance of irrigation schemes and solutions. It also discusses the current situation, challenges, and the possible ways forward to improve performance.
