This presentation discusses the issues in the implementation of e-health services. Software Framework is considered the key enabler to develop applications/services more efficiently and effectively with better quality. Reforming the governance of development will require the use of eGovFrame—an open source, non-proprietary software framework for developing and operating applications/services.
