The Metrobank Foundation Search for Outstanding Teachers in the Philippines aims to promote a culture of excellence in education by recognizing the country’s best mentors. More than 300 exceptional educators have already been awarded. This presentation shares research findings on the impact of the award on the recipient’s income.
