This presentation provides an overview of Asian Development Bank’s South Asia Urban Development and Water Division (SAUW) business line. The developmental challenges and strategic directions of SAUW are examined. It also discusses the Trincomalee Integrated Urban Development Project, SAUW’s integrated planning initiative, and other cities under consideration for future integrated planning activities.
