Degrading environmental conditions have resulted to the deterioration of water quality in Ir. H. Djuanda multi-purpose reservoir in Indonesia. The need to re-design the system is crucial to adjust with the existing condition and protect both equipment and humans from probable worst case that may happen in the future.
