This Final Report for Phase II3 of the Reform of Legal and Regulatory Framework for Involuntary Resettlement in Mongolia subproject of the ADB’s R-CDTA 7566 on Strengthening and Use of Country Safeguard Systems4 presents the results of the phase II of the technical assistance (TA), highlights the implementation processes and challenges, and provides recommendations for next steps.
