This presentation introduces the City of San Fernando in the Province of La Union, Philippines. The sanitation programs of the city comprising of ecological solid waste management and wastewater treatment facility among others, and supported by environmental ordinances, are discussed. Environmental awards and recognitions received by the city are highlighted.
