Jobs in the Information Technology-Business Process Outsourcing industry in the Philippines are expected to continuously increase. Demand for talent, however, is far greater than supply given that the country’s educational system is seen as the biggest bottleneck. This presentation discusses the Road Map for Talent Development 2016, including the industry’s talent transformation.
