This Law defines the legal basis of the state in the field of environmental policy and aims to ensure sustainable socio-economic development, guarantee human rights to a healthy and favorable environment, strengthening the rule of law, prevention of the negative impact of economic and other activity on the environment, the organization of the management of natural resources and environmental safety.
