The main objectives of land legislation are the regulation of land relations in order to ensure the benefit of present and future generations of science-based, rational use and protection of lands, reproduction and improvement of soil fertility, preserving and improving the natural environment, creating conditions for equal development of all forms of management, the protection of legal rights and individuals on land, as well as the strengthening of the rule of law in this area.
