Turkmenistan is a democratic, legal and secular state in which the government takes the form of presidential republic. Turkmenistan exercises the complete power and complete authority on its territory, and independently conducts the internal and foreign policy. The state sovereignty and territory of Turkmenistan are homogeneous and indivisible.
