Purpose of the law (5.12.2008 N614) The purpose of this Act - the development of the land fund, owned by the state by recognizing the right of ownership to the land, are in legitimate possession (use) of natural persons and legal persons of private law or other organizational entities established by law, as well as unauthorized occupation of the said land by persons who are in state ownership (hereinafter - the recognition of property rights) and promote the development of the land market.
