The 24th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China decides to ratify the Convention concerning Occupational Safety and Health and the Working Environment (1981) adopted at the International Labor Conference on June 22, 1981, and simultaneously declares that before the Government of the People's Republic of China gives a separate notice, the Convention concerning Occupational Safety and Health and the Working Environment (1981) doesn't apply to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China for the time being.
