The present Decree determines the procedures for withdrawal of a land plot or a portion of a land plot, and also the procedures for calculation of the size of compensation to citizens and legal persons for the demolished housing facilities, production and other buildings and plantings in connection with withdrawal of land plots for state and public needs.
