TAJ: Law on Environmental Protection

This Law defines the legal basis of the state policy in the field of environmental protection and is aimed at ensuringsustainable socio-economic development, guarantee human rights to a healthy and favorable environment, strengthening the rule oflaw, prevention of the negative impact of economic and other activity on the environment, the organization of rational use of naturalresources and environmental safety.
