The heads of Directorates of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, the head of Department of Chemical Supply and Plant Protection, its structural sub-divisions, the heads of oblast and rayon directorates (departments) of agriculture shall follow and execute this Decree of August 12, 1997 # 467.
