UCCRTF Snapshot Page
19 July 2023

The Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF) is a $150 million multi-donor trust fund administered by ADB under the Urban Financing Partnership Facility. It aims to support fast-growing cities in Asia to reduce climate-related risks poor and vulnerable people face. The UCCRTF takes an urban systems-centered approach that supports climate change integration into city planning, project development and implementation, and knowledge-sharing and capacity-building.

The Fund was designed to have three complementary areas of support: (i) investments; (ii) urban resilience planning; and, (iii) knowledge management and resilience measurement. It aims to scale up urban climate change resilience especially for the urban poor across 25 secondary cities in Asia, prioritizing seven ADB members, namely Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Pakistan, Philippines, and Viet Nam.

This data room contains snapshots of local, national, and regional forums and knowledge-sharing events organized under the UCCRTF. These activities support knowledge capture and resilience measurement in the cities where UCCRTF is also supporting urban planning processes or investment grants.
