Leakages in the water supply system is one of the major challenges of water supply and treatment companies across Asia. In this learning event, TWC of Taipe,China, shares  the various strategies it used to reduce water loss. These strategies has helped reduce non-revenue water within its concession area from 32.68% in 2004 to 23.59% in 2017.
