Discover how ADB, in collaboration with the Government of Tamil Nadu in India, is transforming affordable housing through carefully sequenced interventions to help climate-vulnerable and disadvantaged households relocate to safe areas and sustainably rebuild their lives. This SARD Knowledge Spotlight webinar showcased the One ADB collaboration in the context of public-private partnerships and a Graduation Approach, a comprehensive set of steps introduced by the project to place households on an upward trajectory from poverty.
