The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is organizing the Early Market Engagement Event from 25–27 May 2026, in Nadi, Fiji, as part of ADB’s continued engagement with the Government of Samoa in support of the Alaoa Multipurpose Dam Project. 

The event aims to facilitate policy dialogue, technical exchange, and coordination among government agencies, development partners, and industry stakeholders, with a focus on project preparation, procurement strategy, and implementation readiness.
