Recent Financial Conditions in Emerging East Asia and Real Time Macroeconomic Monitoring

Despite the pandemic-induced economic uncertainty, financial conditions in emerging East Asia remained stable. Local currency bonds markets in the region are expanding at a slower pace relative to past quarters. TrackingAsia on the AsianBondsOnline website featured novel tools to help to monitor recent monthly aggregate economic conditions in the region.
