New technogies are needed to ensure that wastewater are treated in an efficient, environment-friendly, and inexpensive way. This learning event features an innnovative wastewater treatment technology used by countries such as India, Indonesia, and Hungary. This technology is less expensive than the usual wastewater treatment plants and uses less carbon footprint, consumes less energy, and generates fewer sludge.
