Series: ADB Business Outreach Activities Online Roadshow - Procurement of Software and Equipment under the Domestic Resource Mobilization Modernization Project (DRMM) 8 April 2026 The Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and ADB organized an online roadshow on the upcoming procurement of software and equipment under the Domestic Resource Mobilization Modernization Project (DRMM). Objectives The project aimed to enhance the TAXRIS information system, develop and introduce an electronic invoicing and data analytical module, and build the Tax Department’s capacity on the use and management of the system. The purpose of the roadshow was to provide an overview of the planned procurement packages, technical requirements, and the procurement process, as well as to offer an opportunity for interested firms to seek clarifications and better understand the project needs.
