Networking Practices of Sustainable Cities in Asia-Pacific

This installment of the Knowledge Sharing Webinar Series was conducted in partnership with the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES). It shared shared their initiatives on sustainable cities and city-to-city networking. It aimed to enable the participants to:

  • Understand the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as an effective guide in urban planning and development; and
  • Be aware of cases from Japans’ “FutureCity” Initiative, wherein cities use the SDGs as framework in city management.
