Effective systems for recording land ownership, land values, and land use are the foundation on which the efficient operation of a market economy depends. This event highlighted the intricacies of building modern land administration systems from conceptualization as a "smart" initiative in Suva, Fiji to project implementation and systems deployment in select Philippine cities.
