Managing for Development Results (MfDR) is an approach to management that orients policies, institutions, and individuals to focus more on results than activities and inputs to achieve intended outcomes. MfDR is recognized as a key approach to development effectiveness.
In line with its aim of promoting MfDR for inclusive development, the Korea Development Institute, in collaboration with the Governance Thematic Group of Asian Development Bank (ADB), African Development Bank, and Inter-American Development Bank, organized an event that helped participants understand the global innovations in the MfDR approach and how these can be applied to ADB operations. This also served as a networking opportunity for MfDR experts and practitioners.
