Low-Carbon City Development in the Republic of Korea

Korea University Professor Dr. Seiyong Kim presented the current condition of carbon emissions in the Republic of Korea. The discussion featured a carbon emission model in urban scale being implemented in the country. It also covered low-carbon city making methods, as well as introduced a major research project on developing a low-carbon urban planning system supported by the national government.
