INSIGHTS FROM REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND THE PHILIPPINES

The webinar highlighted and discussed how conducive online high school operation policies can actively help to adopt digital learning technologies to increase enrollment rates in secondary education expand educational equity and improve the quality of education. The webinar shared cases from the Republic of Korea, and the Philippines, and sought experts' opinions on the possibility of using online learning in other developing countries.
