On 2–4 June 2026, 192 representatives from executing and implementing agencies, private sector partners, and PRM personnel engaged in four separate in-person learning sessions in Islamabad.

The sessions emphasized ADB’s zero tolerance for corruption with discussions on ADB’s anticorruption and integrity framework as well as managing integrity risks, red flags, and due diligence. 

The bespoke sessions focused on participant’s responsibilities vis-à-vis ADB-supported projects. The session for EAs/IAs focused on applying integrity risk management[MG1]  in project delivery, strengthening risk oversight, and escalation practices. Private sector partners explored business integrity and ethical decision-making. The bank’s expectations of ethical conduct from its personnel, with particular attention to the proper handling of conflicts of interest, respect in the workplace, and misconduct reporting channels, were jointly covered by OAI and OPEC.

Under RETA 10349’s Integrity Learning Series (ILS), OAI provides tailored training for DMC partners with oversight and project management responsibilities.
