Laos

On 27 March 2026, 23 representatives from three ADB projects in Lao People’s Democratic Republic—Improving the Quality of Health Care Project, Greater Mekong Subregion Border Areas Health Project, and the Green Primary Care Project—participated in a hybrid session on ADB’s anticorruption and integrity framework. The session, led by OAI Senior Integrity Officer Edzen B. Garcia, outlined ADB’s Anticorruption and Integrity Framework and guided participants in identifying integrity risks and spotting red flags early. The session also introduced basic integrity due diligence practices and highlighted ways to foster a culture of integrity throughout project implementation.

Under RETA 10349’s Integrity Learning Series, OAI provides tailored training for participants with oversight and project management responsibilities.
