Columbia University professor Joseph Stiglitz, a recipient of the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences and the John Bates Clark Medal, discussed the Role of Innovation in Human Capital Development for Climate Action in Asia and the Pacific with Chief Economist and ERCD DG Albert Park, SDCC DG Bruno Carrasco, and SDCC Chief Sector Officer Sungsup Ra. ADB Vice President for Finance and Risk Management Roberta Casali provided the opening remarks.
