Discover ways to maximize the emerging digital technologies for development at the Digital Development Forum.

The Digital Development Forum, an ADB annual event on ICT for Development, is a venue for high-level discussions on digital technologies for development in Asia and the Pacific. It tackles country and sectoral/thematic development strategies towards a digital economy. The Digital Development Forum 2018 will focus on digital transformation of economies for our development member countries (DMCs) and ADB's institutional transformation in implementing its new corporate Strategy 2030.

Pre-event: ADB-AIM Hackathon 2018

Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives? ADB, together with AIM, is hosting its first-ever hackathon on 1-3 September 2018. Join today for to a chance to win US$10,000, and the opportunity to incubate your solution.  You and up to four other team members would pit your wits and skills against one of three real development challenges: Know Your Customer, Rural Health, and Digital ID. It’s coding and more — you also need to pitch your solution to a panel of judges.
