Community Resilience Partnership Program (CRPP) Partnership Forum 2027 23 to 24 February 2027 Thailand The Community Resilience Partnership Program (CRPP) supports countries and communities in the Asia and Pacific region to scale up investments in climate adaptation that explicitly target the nexus of climate change, poverty, and gender. The CRPP has a dedicated gender window with funds earmarked specifically for supporting women-focused investments. The annual CRPP Partnership Forum brings together community leaders, government officials, development partners, think tanks, the private sector, financial institutions, and global climate funds to explore how policies, programs and investments can strengthen climate resilience, particularly at the local level. Now on its fifth year, the CRPP Partnership Forum 2027 will focus on how investments aimed at improving health and well-being outcomes can be designed and delivered differently to respond to changing climate risks and strengthen resilience among poor and vulnerable communities. These discussions will link to and build on CRPP’s previous forums in 2023 that explored themes of adaptive social protection and climate-resilient agriculture; 2024 that discussed resilience through decentralization systems and climate-resilient skills development; 2025 that considered resilience through urban poverty reduction and financial inclusion; and 2026 that spotlighted local actions for climate resilient livelihoods. CRPP is operationalized through the Community Resilience Financing Partnership Facility and includes a multi-donor trust fund and an investment fund, both administered by the Asian Development Bank. The CRPP Trust Fund is supported by the Agence Française de Développement; Nordic Development Fund; and the Government of the United Kingdom, through its Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office; with parallel financing from the Government of Ireland. The CRPP Investment Fund is supported by the Green Climate Fund. Call for Solutions: Do you have an innovative, pro-poor solution that responds to the climate resilience needs of poor and vulnerable communities? The CRPP Secretariat invites practitioners, especially women from South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Pacific countries, to submit examples of pro-poor adaptation solutions focused on the following topics: Topic 1: Strengthening community climate-health resilience through early warning and locally led anticipatory action. This topic will explore how climate-health information and early warnings can inform locally led anticipatory action and community-managed responses. Submissions are invited to showcase innovative, community-based initiatives that demonstrate the leading role women can play in turning climate health information and early warnings into practical action to protect community health. Topic 2: Strengthening community climate-health resilience through women's skills, knowledge, and frontline roles. This topic will explore how women's existing roles in protecting community health and well-being can be better recognized, supported, and connected to health systems. Submissions are invited to showcase innovative, community-based initiatives that strengthen the roles of women community health workers, midwives and women's organizations in addressing climate-related health risks and building community resilience. Topic 3: Protecting nutrition outcomes of vulnerable households through climate-resilient agriculture and adaptive social protection. This topic will explore how nutrition and food security can be protected and improved in the face of climate change, particularly among women and vulnerable households. Submissions are invited to showcase innovative, community-based initiatives that help women and vulnerable households maintain access to nutritious food and healthy diets in the face of climate-related shocks and stresses. Topic 4: Strengthening community climate-health resilience in informal urban settings. This topic will explore how community-centered urban development can address climate-related health risks and improve living and working conditions for vulnerable urban populations. Submissions are invited to showcase innovative, women-led, community-based initiatives that reduce climate-related health risks for vulnerable people living and working in informal urban settings. One innovative solution will be selected for each topic and will be presented at the fifth CRPP Partnership Forum to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 23–24 February 2027. ADB will cover the travel costs of selected presenters. Please submit your proposal through this form. Deadline for submission is 15 December 2026.
