World Vision International shared how its Citizen Voice and Action (CVA) helps increase dialogue and accountability between citizens, service providers, and government officials to improve the delivery of public services. CVA is a social accountability approach that can also support the implementation of infrastructure projects while promoting sustainable urban development.
