Series: ADB Data Room: Pakistan Resident Mission's Capacity Development Resource Center (PRM CDRC) Capacity Building Workshop for Borrowers on Stakeholder Engagement and Grievance Management: Cohort 2 27 to 28 November 2025 Islamabad, Pakistan In collaboration with the Pakistan Resident Mission and its Center for Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC), ADB Office of Safeguards convened more than 70 government officials representing 30 executing and implementing agencies, as well as prospective sovereign clients, for the first country-tailored workshops on stakeholder engagement and grievance management. The two workshops were conducted back-to-back to maximize participation and create opportunities for hands-on practice. Participants expressed very high satisfaction with the sessions, consistently rating them as highly relevant and well delivered. Many highlighted the clarity of guidance on stakeholder engagement and grievance management, noting that the practical examples, group work, and practice-oriented approaches were especially valuable. Several participants also emphasized the strong facilitation and supportive environment, describing the workshops as unique, engaging, insightful, and immediately useful for their work.
