ADB's New Procurement Framework: What's the Latest?

Jeff Taylor discussed the transition of ADB’s procurement approach from “one size fits all” to “fit for purpose” to save time and bring private sector and hi-tech solutions into more projects. The new policy is designed to deliver significant benefits and flexibility throughout the project procurement cycle as well as to increase project values through a renewed focus on the concepts of value for money and fitness for purpose.
