ADB Resilience Learning Month ADB's Climate Change and Sustainable Development Department (CCSD), in partnership with the Learning and Development Unit of the Budget, Personnel, and Management Systems Department (BPMSD), organizes a yearly series of virtual and in-person learning events called Resilience Learning Month. This capacity development course serves as the flagship training program on climate change and disaster risk management, exclusively designed for ADB staff. The program combines introductory to intermediate-level modules on a variety of climate change and disaster risk management topics to support ADB’s integrated approach to tackling climate change and building climate and disaster resilience.
