ADB Business Opportunities Seminar for Civil Society Organizations - May 2026 27 May 2026 Event Recap The NGO and Civil Society Center (CCFE-NGOC) and the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department jointly hosted an online Business Opportunities Seminar for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on 27 May, with 108 representatives of CSOs attending. In her remarks, CCFE-NGOC Unit Head Haidy Ear-Dupuy noted that engaging meaningfully with CSOs is a key premise of the ADB ADB Civil Society Approach, 2025–2030. ADB procurement and social development experts outlined how CSOs can engage with bank projects; how to access and bid on opportunities through the CMS; and tips for preparing competitive bids.
