ADB Business Opportunities Seminar for Civil Society Organizations
5 November 2025

Description

On 5 November, ADB conducted a Business Opportunities Seminar for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with 122 attendees participating.

In her remarks, Haidy Ear-Dupuy, NGO and Civil Society Center Unit Head, emphasized civil society’s value-addition to ADB’s development effectiveness and outlined the ADB Civil Society Approach.

The webinar explored entry points for CSO engagement in ADB operations, presented resources to help CSOs identify business opportunities, and shared insights from CSOs’ experiences working with ADB. It also explained ADB procurement processes and provided guidance for CSOs in navigating ADB’s Consultant Management System.

During the webinar, participants had the opportunity to:

  • learn about ADB’s engagement with CSO;
  • understand ADB’s procurement framework and discover what business opportunities are available for CSOs;
  • learn about procurement methods and ADB’s Consultant Management System (CMS); and
