2016 ADB-Asian Think Tank Development Forum 27 to 28 October 2016 India With the theme, “Promoting Sustainable Urbanization in Asia and the Pacific”, the 2016 Asian Development Bank (ADB)-Asian Think Tank Development Forum gathered around 70 participants representing 24 countries in the region. Held in New Delhi India, this year's forum was co-organized by the National Institute of Public Finance Policy and the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations The forum mainly aimed to deepen knowledge exchanges among think tanks in the region as they discussed the latest global and regional policy developments and country-specific experiences on sustainable urbanization. The ADB-Asian Think Tank Development Forum started in 2013 when the ADB-Asian Think Tank Network (ATTN) was established. The Forum is ATTN's flasgship knowledge sharing event, and has been organized annually since the network started. Each year, a think tank co-hosts the forum with ADB. Sessions cover latest global and regional policy developments and country-specific experiences and policy issues on innovation and inclusion.
