Series: ADB Competition Policy Initiative 15th OECD/KPC Competition Law Seminar for Asia-Pacific Judges 29 to 30 May 2025 Philippines The 15th Seminar for Asia-Pacific Judges, hosted by the Regional Centre for Competition in Asia-Pacific, gathered judges from across the region for a deep dive into the standard and burden of proof in competition law cases. The event was jointly organized by OECD Korea Policy Centre, Supreme Court of the Philippines, the Philippine Judicial Academy, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Over two days, around 40 judges from Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam exchanged views, legal approaches, and country experiences—highlighting the shared challenges and opportunities in adjudicating complex competition law cases. The seminar reinforced the value of regional dialogue in strengthening judicial capacity and deepening the understanding of competition law across the Asia-Pacific. Click here for more details.
