On 12 January 2023, the directional guides for education, energy, finance, health, transport, urban, and water sectors will be launched at an event that will be led by MDG Woochong Um together with SDCC DG Bruno Carrasco and SERD DG Ramesh Subramaniam at 2:00 pm, in Auditorium 4 and virtually. The session is intended to inform staff about the important role that these guides will serve in steering ADB’s operations in each sector towards Strategy 2030 objectives especially under the new operating model. Apart from aligning sector operations with Strategy 2030, the guides also respond to emerging sector challenges and opportunities such as climate change, digital transformation, and supporting a green, inclusive, and resilient post-COVID recovery.
