Yunhee Yang

Yunhee Yang serves as Director of the Health Policy Department at Korea Health Promotion Institute (KHEPI). In this role, she oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation support of major national health promotion policies, including the National Health Plan (HP2030). She has led a wide range of health promotion initiatives, including Healthy Cities, Healthy-Friendly Company Certification, and nutrition policies, while supporting policy development in health equity, performance management, and intersectoral collaboration. She currently works closely with central and local governments, academia, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen evidence-informed health policies and the national health promotion system in Korea.
