Yun Zhou

Yun Zhou is the Country Operations Head for the PRC, with the main role of supporting ADB's strategic priorities in the country, overseeing the project design and implementation, and strengthening collaboration with government agencies and other stakeholders. Yun Zhou holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from Beijing Normal University and has over 30 years of professional experience, including 10 years with ADB. She joined ADB in January 2015 as an Environment Specialist. Prior to joining ADB, Yun Zhou was the Director of the International Cooperation Center at the Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, the leading research institution under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
