Yun-seok Jung is a senior manager with a background in ICT and transport policy, planning, and development. He has a wealth of experience in supporting local government-wide initiatives and projects in ICT-based urban transportation. Before joining the Seoul Metropolitan Government, he worked at the Institute of Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation, a quasi-government entity affiliated with the Ministry of Science and ICT in the Republic of Korea.
